Auto risk from the EA is set like this: VeryHightRisk = 0.01 lot from 75€ of the account; HightRisk = 0.01 lot from 150€ of the account; MediumRisk = 0.01 lot from 375€ of the account; LowRisk = 0.01 lot from 750€ of the account and VeryLowRisk = 0.01 lot from 1500€ of the account

This is an extra post. I just wanted to show the results after this EA took its loss. This is what was attractive about this EA...it can take losses. Many EA's endeaver to not take losses and they build up the float. I like this unique EA that proves it can take its loss and go forward with a clean slate.

I am testing an EA that would be interesting to write about. It has caught my eye as it seems to control it's float while banking 31.82% per month (it is new forward-test that I have started and this could come down quite considerably). Too good to be true right? And it is not a martingale. I simply have found some inputs that fit my style of trading. It can have many open orders... it has 18 just now on four pair. It trades three strategies separately but together.

Well... stay tuned as I have not decided if I am to start my own thread as the EA is not mine and I do not have the MQ4 file and I have not contacted the author. I suspect my version is a cracked version...They sell this EA for $750 bucks....wow!

What would be in it for me? Look...it is better to be honest upfront. I am selling nothing and I do not know why I would start a thread without ulterior motives. Can someone tell me why I should do it?

P. S. Trading friends submit EA's to me all the time to test....I wish they would send me MQ4 files.

I have been using it for 12 hours and it has done very good trades in my demo account.

 

Start a new thread with a new EA, as long as you are honest from the start then I dont see any problems. Let me know if you want me to run anything on demo.
Concerning the 'tough crowd', there are a few of us testing the FlexEA on demo/live and yet people still seem to say its crap and does not work. Even after posting results, only got two stars i think. I am still testing it, with good results.

If I let the FlexEA run without intervening 24/5 would it survive? or would I need to treat it like a semi-automtic EA?

Up to you ES, I treat it like a semi, but Dafik and Alc they leave it running alone.

 

It is almost like people are jealous...or maybe its bitter commercial vendors downgrading the threads

 

34 calendar days of trading. M5 is in building mode and fortifying the three trailing positions. Without sounding too exuberant there are some nice features with this EA (v2.2). I test many EA's and this is one that has passed my smell test, thus far. I got lucky when I found this thread with a kind thread author requesting help (I got a beautiful MQ4 file from him). There are many EA's I spend a lot of time and resources on, just to delete them later to my "tried and no cigar" file.

Do they use your settings? I cannot take on too much work but I am considering this my next project if it would be ok with the thread author (kitgain).

I have decided not to start my own thread as it would appear I was biased and I really do not have permission. A trading friend sent me that EA and I discovered it was a cracked EX4 file.

I got another file that is being sold for like 100k. It is institutional stuff and I dare not publicize that...I would probably get killed! It does not compile though.

Regarding EA Mitra, the test without Trailing stop gives good results but seems dangerous because it opens a lot of transactions.

I put a test with the same parameters as you. I will give the results later.

From what others have said the backtests are not reliable because this EA reads the history file.

 

This is not a backtest, it is the result on a demo account

 

So here is how we start out the week for those of you following along. I will try and remember to post Fridays close so that you may compare this report to the last report of the week to get a full weeks picture.

I am working on some exciting projects (three of them) but I have not forgotten this thread...How could I? We have come so far! It has been 38 Calendar Days and Mitra Exness V2.2 on GBPUSD M5 & M15 continues to survive and show a profit.

The M15 has a 2.51: 1 Profit to Max DD seen Ratio ($140.51/$55.98). This is something I will start to track now that we have a little more data. I would hope this can remain at least 2 to 1. For the analysts out there I hope you can appreciate that this forward test is costing me a lot of time and resources so I might as well report what I can. There is not much I can do to streamline a forward test...it just takes time. Use this report for yourselves to evaluate how you might trade Mitra Exness v2.2 on the GBPUSD M15 in a Demo Account.

GoodNews....Congrats. I hope you have found something that fits you like a good shoe! So far it does not seem like you should worry much. Remember little profits each day add up! Use money management like 0.01 per 2k for the GBSUSD with my setfile on v2.2.

The market has handed us some stress over the last 38 calendar days and v2.2 has survived on the GBPUSD M5 & M15.

The thing about v2.2..it will just get out with a loss and wait to get in on the other side. It will not ride the market. It wins more than it loses thus far. I think that the Trailing Stop is key to make this EA work.

I want to thank the geniuses that have developed this EA with their coding skills and marketing skills. Thank you.

I am trading it live and I continue with the tests here. I am not ready to endorse this EA but I will let you know when I do. To endorese an EA takes years. After all the years of trading I only have one EA I do not worry about. I hope this can be my 2nd.
