Whether you want to call it "luck" or whatever, if you wait & hope there will be a downfall in the future, then you are not suitable for this EA.

Don't fall for it. This EA's signal is of a cent account. It's clearly a scammer trying to sell something that won't work in a real market.

Many people may be in a bad situation, but using that to scam others who must also be in a bad situation to sell something that doesn't work is not honest.
