New EA EA Tahan Banting 3.2

Week and no one answer how to use the EA I bought. What mind of support is this?

 

Pair is GBPUSD, i have yet to figure out which timeframe SoeHoe uses, since we cannot PM him...
 

Hi, I have been searching for hours, which timeframe and pairs do you recommend based on your 1 year FT?

 

I cant find either. I mean if you sell an EA and people pay for it, be so kind write short instructions of pairs, time frames, include set file. That's how normally EA's sold

There is 0 support for paid EAs? when opening ticket they say ask in thread and in thread the developer never give clear answers and instructions. So why sell EAs then?
