It looks like you put the EA on TF M15 chart, so it will open oder at the beginning of next candle (After 15minitues later).

 

i test it on 5 minutes i'll try without filter to see if it open , i think he wait for an arrows to open a position only if all the other conditions are met , for the moment it doesn't arrived since this morning on 5 chart on m5 , with h1+h4+d1...

 

You can share the set you are using. I would like to test it.

I added Trend filter H4 + D1 and the result is very good.
Let's find the best parameters!

1. Added trend filter (H4 + D1)
2. Added opposite signal closure (true/false)
3. Modified MM (MM works without stoploss)
4. Changed entry timing from Trend signal(shift=0), EA should open orders as soon as trend filter meets condition.

If you see arrow up or down it will open order but it depends on entry filter. Let me code to display of entry signal.

 

Here is screenshot. Especially look for M1, there was signal around 17:30

Yes, entry filter D1 and H4 are Buy trend and arrow buy signal comes, then open order...... we have to wait!
By the way you can check without filter to see if EA works properly.

1. 5 EMA
2. 15 EMA

Buy Setup Rules

First 5 EMA need to cross 15 EMA in the upward direction.
When crossover complete, wait for closing the bullish candle.
Open buy position after successful upward crossover.
Stop loss will be below the support level or set SL as 15-20 pips
Take profit will be 15-60 pips for every buy entry.

Sell Setup Rules

First 5 EMA need to cross 15 EMA in the downward direction.
When crossover complete, wait for closing the bearish candle.
Open sell position after successful downward crossover.
Stop loss will be above the resistance level or set SL as 15-20 pips
Take profit will be 15-60 pips for every sell entry.
