i suggest your strategy is best with a non MT4 platform, where your order modifications are not restricted. executions around 2ms even during news to prevent slippage due to faster moving prices during news. let me know your tots.

By the way, your news filter working OK? Some people got a error for news filter. Do you know why?

i dont change magic, run default setting only change Note, but orders open comment dont change.

 

You attach EA on several chart? Only one chart? Can you close all charts and re-start MT4 and run EA again to test?

YES!! After impact news, all pending oders should be closed.
I made select tab to choose either "Close all open orders including pending orders" or "Close only pending orders".
You can choose one of them.

It looks like we have no High impact news today. So maybe tomorrow we will see it.

I tried BT at DAX. News filter false results are seeming good but I want to prefer specific time interval.
( Start time and End time in HH:MINS:SEC )
