Can't you make the signal buffer follow the strategy I'd recommended ? Example buy/sell when the price closed higher/bellow the 22.5 line

 

It Use fastMa=5, slowerma=200, Rsi=12 and BB 20. 0. 1.6, bull=50, bear=50 with this setting maybe create a good ea
