What broker are you using?

 

The code already in latest Tanaka san Template, to pause trade if equity drawdown reach some percentage. Further functions can choose, close only, close and pause trade or prefer pause only.

 

similar to my strategy , if we can find sweet ratio between TP SL and EA with decent winning ratio , sure will beat the market, one weakness , some EA will sometime have long consecutive loose trade, account balance can can blown quickly if we dont limit the double lot. You can try the strategy with some EA here , already coded and with template feature suitable with the strategy.

Hope to program this idea is possible.
The idea is linked to the Bollinger bands indi. 1hr TF
The EA is required to open a trade once a breakout happened either upper or lower bands after a certain pips.
Example, if the price broke the lower band and move away for >10 pips then buy trade is opened with TP xx and SL xx
The same goes for the upper band after break then sell trade
The number of pips break from the BB to be variable as it needs to be tweaked for every pair based on statistics

Is it possible to be programmed...

Quality indicator is the must for entry, eg. RSI, MACD, Stoch etc... We can starts martingale from signal entry, im looking for this kind of strategy or you can set the SL n TP if the signal is not good.

 

ICmarkets and coinexx. I am testing on both to compare . I must add that the usdchf pair I believe should not be used

Can you make a trailing stop ea base on fractals?

- the position will close when a lower or upper fractal is form, user preference

- An option to “close position only if in profit” - user preference.

Fractals are good trailing stops.

This EA will copy orders from another EA (Mother MAGIC#) and place order in another currency chart.
You can use this EA for Hedge order.
For example.
You can run your favorite EA (MAGIC#100) in EURUSD, then you open USDJPY chart and attach this COPY EA.
Please put Mother Magic# (Original source EA) like below.

Then you can select

1. Reverse order
If mother EA place BUY order, then this EA places SELL order. (Reverse)

2. Close & Reverse
If mother EA place BUY order, then this EA close that order immediately and place SELL order (reverse)

3. Normal Order
If mother EA place BUY order, then this EA place the same BUY order,

Hmm!

 

Yes, if you had loss trade , then you can increase next lot size.
MM(Money management), you can select fix lot size or variable lot size based of risk percentage.
Martingale 1 is if your order was closed with loss, then next lot size is increased based on multiple.
Martingale 2 is lot size is increased by every order based on multiplier.
Martingale 3 is lot size is increased linear every order like 0.1-0.2-0.3-0.4-0.5 ...

 

You want to change XX percent of equity-drawndown to XX percent of capital-drawndown?
