Hi guys! I had a look at the code and really don't understand the algorithm. The opening conditions are based on time!! What does it mean??

            if (TimeCurrent() - G_datetime_156 <= timediff) {
               RefreshRates();
               G_ticket_132 = OrderSend(Symbol(), OP_SELL, f0_1(), Bid, 10, 0, 0, "", Magic, 0, Red);

where G_datetime_156 could be "0"(zero) or TimeCurrent() due to a boolean condition that I cannot understand :/

Can someone get rid of that?
