Is the installation of Fann2MQL blocked by the UAC ?
If yes, you can allow it.

If not, I recommend adding "[HASHTAG]#include[/HASHTAG] <Fann2MQL.mqh>" under "[HASHTAG]#include[/HASHTAG] <mt4Rb7.mqh>" in the mq4 file and compiling it...

 

Sorry this is to much for me:

I have Fann2MQL.mqh and mt4Rb7.mqh in Include folder . I compiled them . Without errorrs. Without positive results also. Nothing change. Maybe I don't undesstand something?

I'm going to try to guide you a little better.

Open the EA (SyChaos_v1.03.mq4), in MetaEditor and add #include <Fann2MQL.mqh> under #include <mt4Rb7.mqh> (at the very beginning).
Then, compile the EA.

You need to replace the \ by / for R...
