The file in the first post is already a MQ4..are you able to correct the code? I'd like to test the result

 

There are two displays on the desktop, right side, to assist us in selecting currency pairs: spread and volatility ratio.

I've read here that spread should be low so as to avoid paying too much in commissions over time.

Not so certain about volatility, however. Does a high reading imply trending and therefore to be avoided? And can the value be negative, implying a short trend?

page 7 #130 advises selecting "volatility pairs" -- meaning high values?
Again, I see a few negative values...

 

I have read almost everything and I think you have done a great job ...Is real experience tried?

I'm running in demo 10000 cent account, with good profits. 4 Pairs, TF H1, 0.01 Lot, standard values, I changed only max trades to 20.
